an architectural practice in Ireland / UK?

This is a permanent role based in South Dublin.

PROJECT ARCHITECT - SMALL RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS - DUBLIN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is an Conservation Grade III accredited practice based in
Dublin.

Preparing planning applications.

Producing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and
tender packages.

Attending meetings with clients, and other specialists;

Coordinating the work of contractors.

Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project
is running within the agreed time frame and according to
specification.

Solving problems that might occur during building.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ post graduate experience

Running projects and managing a small team

Dealing with clients

Site experience is key

An a keen interest in conservation architecture would be beneficial
for the role

Excellent Knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations

Revit and or/ CAD. We work in both and will provide training if needed

Residential experience
